1. Schedule Your Appointment

Book online or call us at a time that works best for you.

2. Pre-Appointment Contact
Within 24 hours, our office team will contact you through email and text to complete a brief screening and request a copy of your ID to verify your identity.

3. Complete Intake Forms
You will receive new client paperwork by email. These forms must be completed before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation.

4. Initial Evaluation
During your appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.

How to pay for your visit

We accept most major insurance plans as well as self-pay options.

Fee for Self pay​

  • Initial Psychiatric evaluation-$300

  • Medication management/ Follow up-$120

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee of $50.
